In the Fall of 2021, I am currently serving as the Media Intern for North Carolina Presenters Consortium 2021 ArtsMarket. This semester I will be working alongside ArtsMarket Executive Director Dana Livermore to create and manage all media for the 2021 conference. I hope to help ArtsMarket re-envision its media platforms and discover all of the technological advances we can make to streamline information. My goals for this internship focus on promotional and media efforts of arts administration. I will increase ArtsMarket media through app design, digital programming, and website design. I will create the 2021 ArtsMarket App to help guide participants through events and locations during the conference. This app will provide detailed itineraries, additional information on artists in attendance, and help navigate between multiple venues. I will also be constructing the digital program for the 2021 ArtsMarket conference.

In the Fall of 2020, I served as the Elon University Arts Administration Promotional Intern. My goal was to identify weaknesses within the current promotional efforts and strengthen or replace them if necessary. I sought to connect students within the program and create greater unity among the Arts Administration majors. For prospective students, I worked to increase ways to gain information regarding arts administration at Elon and provide easier access to social media and our website. I redesigned and launched the student-made arts admin website to make it more user-friendly to prospective students. The redesign included more textual information, links to our social media pages, faculty/staff contact information, and photos of our current students. I worked consistently to build a larger follower base on the program's Instagram page and increase our views and likes. I created graphics through the Canva software and hosted an Instagram Takeover Live event. Through this internship, I was able to grow in my knowledge of media program promotion.
